I have not tried this one but it sounds good and its from the new QVC pressure cooker cookbook.

2 cups of pinto beans washed and sorted 1/2 lb of bacon 1 medium yellow onion diced 2 teaspoons of ground chili powder 2 cloves garlic minced 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 12 oz. bottle dark beer salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup of shredded pepper jack cheese

1. Put beans in a large pot filled with enough water to cover them entirely. Soak beans overnight. 2. Next day drain the beans. 3. Place bacon in pressure cooker and brown the bacon using the brown selection on your cooker. Cook until crisp. Then remove bacon and drain the grease with the exception of 2 tablespoons. 4. Saute the onions, chili powder and garlic in the bacon grease using the brown selection. Brown for 4 minutes. 5. Add beans and stir. 6. Add enough water to cover at least 2 inches above the beans. 7. Add bacon, sugar, beer, salt and pepper. Stir all ingredients together. 8. Cook on high pressure for 8 to 10 minutes or until beans are soft. 9. Use natural pressure release. 10. Take beans out of cooker with slotted spoon and garnish with pepper jack cheese.

Suggestion use the remain liquids over the beans or rice
