  1. Cut up a drawn and thoroughly washed turkey into medium-sliced pieces and put them in a saucepan.
  2. Cover it with water and boil.
  3. Remove the scum in the process of boiling.
  4. Remove the fat from the broth and stew finely chopped onions in it.
  5. Mince walnuts through a meat grinder 2 or 3 times.
  6. Ground garlic, fenugreek, coriander, red pepper, saffron and cinnamon; dilute with vinegar.
  7. Leave ⅔ of the broth in the pan, put the prepared mass and the stewed onions into the pan.
  8. Remove it from the stove in a bout 10 minutes.
