Prosciutto e Melone

Description[edit]

I believe this is a traditional snack... I've had it at a couple Italian restaurants. The salt of the prosciutto and the sweet go well together.

Procedures[edit]

  1. Cut the melon into half, then half again.
  2. Cut each quarter into three "boats"
  3. Remove the rind.
  4. Wrap a piece of prosciutto on each boat.
  5. Serve immediately.
