Plantains à l'Orange

Procedures

  1. Peel the plantains and cut them in small pieces.
  2. Place them in a Pyrex bowl and cover them with the orange juice, rum, and bee honey.
  3. Sprnkle the cinnamon on top.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes.
