Low-fat Fudge Brownie Sundae

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, ¼ cup cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add milk, Mott's natural apple sauce and vanilla to dry ingredients.
  5. Stir to blend.
  6. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
  7. In a medium-size bowl, combine brown sugar, ¼ cup cocoa and hot water.
  8. Stir to blend.
  9. Pour over batter in prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 40 minutes.
  11. Remove cake from oven and cool in pan on a wire rack.
  12. Serve with a scoop of low fat frozen yogurt and spoon the chocolate sauce that has formed on the bottom of the pan over the brownie as a topping.
