Guava Fruit Salad

  1. Add the lemon juice to the guava pieces and set side in a glass bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, bring some water to the boil, add some honey and allow it to cool.
  3. Add the guava-lemon mixture to the honey water. Make sure the fruit are only coated with water, not covered in liquid. Stir in gently
  4. Cover the fruit salad and allow it to stand for 30 minutes before serving
  5. Top with grate coconut and serve.
