Forrest’s Funky Rump Kickin’ Chicken Salad

Ingredients[edit]

  1. 4 boneless Chicken breasts
  2. 1/2 cup sour cream
  3. 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 green pepper diced
  5. 1/2 yellow pepper diced
  6. 2 cloves of garlic
  7. 1/4 cup diced red onion
  8. 4 tablespoons jalepeño sauce
  9. tablespoons lemon juice
  10. chopped fresh cilantro to taste

Procedures[edit]

Boil the Chicken breasts for 20 minutes. After you take the Chicken off the stove, run it under cold water for 5 minutes. Shred the Chicken into the mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve. Makes 4 servings.
