Deviled Egg Salad
- 6 eggs, hardboiled, cut in chunks
- 1/4 C mango chutney, large pieces minced
- 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, diced
- salt, hot sauce to taste
- 2 tablespoon red onion, minced
- cucumber slices
- Mix egss, Apples, and cucumber smoothly.
- Now make a dressing by combining chutney, Mayonnaise, curry powder, and mustard.
- Mix this dressing is salad with soft hands.
- Season to taste.
