Sweet orange spread[edit]

Procedures[edit]

  1. Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
  3. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with juice, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in cranberries, apricots and orange rind.
  5. Pour into greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  7. Cool 5 minutes, remove from pan.
  8. Serve with sweet orange spread.

Sweet orange spread[edit]

  1. Mix orange rind and 10x sugar well.
  2. Chill.
