  1. Combine 3/4 cup Onion, chiles, cumin, oregano, tomato sauce and broth in 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat about 10 minutes.
  3. Add chicken
  4. Stir together rice and sour cream.
  5. Spoon rice into shallow 2-1/2-quart casserole.
  6. Sprinkle with 1 cup Cheese; pour chicken and sauce over all.
  7. Top with remaining 1 cup Cheese and remaining 1/4 cup Onion
  8. Sprinkle with corn chips.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes.
