Cold Yogurt and Tomato Soup (Hasa Laban Ma' Tomata)

This is a different and delicious recipe to make for your whole family. When you have to go get the kids from school, run some errands, and go grocery shopping, who has the time to cook? With this recipe, just whip it up before you leave and it's ready when your ready. I would highly recomend this dish to all busy moms.



  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients except the coriander leaves. Chill in a refrigerator for at least two hours.
  2. Place in serving bowls and garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Serves 6 to 8.
