  1. Combine the juice, cornstarch, sugar, and coriander in a saucepan.
  2. Cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens and turns clear.
  3. Remove from the heat.
  4. Steam the diced apple over a small amount of water until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add to the syrup.
  6. Serve warm.
