Beer Cheese Sauce
- 3/4 cup Cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp mustard, dry
- 1 dash paprika
- 1/3 cup beer
- 1 tbsp Tobasco sauce
- 3 tbsp milk
Bring Cheese to room temperature, toss with flour, dry mustard and paprika.
In a suacepan heat beer and tobasco util just warm.
Gradually add Cheese mixture stirring constatnely till Cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Use as a dip or spoon over chips for nachos, etc.
