Baked Rice Milanaise

Makes 6 servings.



  1. Cook onion and green pepper in oil until tender but not brown.
  2. Combine with rice, eggs, 1 cup cheese, salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
  3. Turn into buttered shallow 1½-quart casserole. Top with remaining ½ cup Cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 °F for 20 to 25 minutes
