Angel Mango Dessert
- 1 1/2 cups chopped mangos and other fruits
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 angel food cake (8" or 9")
With serrated knife, cut 2 inch layer off top of cake. Set aside. Carefully hollow out cake leaving 1/2-3/4 inch thick shell. Stir together lemon juice and condensed milk until thickened. Spoon into cake shell. Spoon fruit over lemon mixture. Replace cake top. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with more fruit.
