  1. Mix Beef, Onions, Crumbs, Mint, Salt and Pepper
  2. Add water until mixture holds together.
  3. Form into bite-sized balls;
  4. Arrange balls in single layer in shallow oven dish.
  5. Pour tomatoes over meatballs; sprinkle with Cinnamon.
  6. Dot with butter.
  7. Bake in 400-degree oven for 1 hour.
