  1. Place stew meat in crock pot.
  2. Add beef broth and mushrooms.
  3. Add seasonings to taste and sprinkle in au jus gravy mix to taste.
  4. Cover; cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
  5. Serve over hot cooked noodles.

Notes[edit]

Store any leftover gravy mix in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
